Matakki Toya Black Titanium is our entry level scissor which doesn’t compromise on quality or style. Perfect for both barbers and hairdressers either at hairdressing or barber college, this handcrafted scissor is made from Japanese steel with a super sharp convex edge and does not compromise on quality. In-fact the Toya hair-cutting shear goes through the same 120 stage manufacturing process as all the other hairdressing scissors within our Premium and Elite Collection scissor ranges.
