Your hairdressing scissors or barber scissor undergoes a more detailed and in depth polishing service on 5 different Japanese Whestones for extra blade edge refinement. Diamond cut sharpening work
Next, diamond cut sharpening refines the blade further, enhancing sharpness and ensuring a smooth, consistent edge suitable for professional use.
Step 03
Convex angle polishing work
Blades are then polished to a convex angle, replicating the factory finish. This not only improves cutting performance but also reduces friction for a smoother action.
Step 04
Cut test and clean
Each scissor is thoroughly cleaned and rigorously tested for cutting accuracy, ensuring it meets the highest performance standards before reassembly.
Step 05
Assembly and oil
Finally, the scissors are reassembled, tension is adjusted, and high-grade oil is applied to guarantee a smooth, effortless cut and long-lasting performance.
