The Matakki e-gift card will be delivered directly to your inbox; Immediately after purchasing one of our gift cards an email is delivered straight over to you, or the recipient.
Gift Cards must be redeemed through our site web site (www.matakki.com) toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the GiftCard balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's GiftCard account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the GiftCard, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
The gift voucher has no expiry date to worry about. The gift cards are non-refundable, however, if you wish to return something that was purchased with a e-gift card, we'll refund the money back onto the e-gift card.
